Today
From 1967-1988, The Original Hinsons Traveled Across America, Singing Their Unique Style Of  Southern Gospel Music. Though The Front Line Of The Group Changed On More Than One Occasion They Continued To Maintain A Quality Of Sound That Helped To Shape The Face Of Gospel Music, As It Is Known Today. Best Known For Composing And  Performing The Award Winning Song "The Lighthouse" In 1971. The Hinsons Also Became The Co-Host For The Long Running Gospel Singing Jubilee, Where They Continued To Showcase Weekly Throughout The United States From 1973-1980. This Gospel Family Not Only Pioneered The Country Gospel Sound In Southern Gospel Music, They Ultimately Went On To Win
So Many Of Gospel Music's Most Coveted Awards That They Became Known To Gospel Music Followers As The Award Winning Hinsons. The Group Finally Disbanded In 1988, However, In
